A BRIEF OVERVIEW ―

In the state of hypnosis a number of behaviors, habits and disorders can be resolved. My focus is to isolate your issue and help you resolve it in a relatively short space of time. Habits can sometimes be changed in one session, for more deep-rooted issues, a short course of treatment may be required. The purpose of hypnosis is to unblock barriers and to open up the possibility of change.

In Hypnosis, relaxation techniques are used to help you reach a state where the conscious part of your mind is relaxed and your subconscious part is more open to suggestion. You will be guided into a relaxed, focused state and asked to experience experiences and situations that can help you change the way you think and behave. Unlike some dramatic portrayals of hypnosis (in films or books), you will not be unconscious, asleep, or in any way out of control of yourself. You will hear the therapist’s suggestions, but it is up to you to decide whether or not to act on them.

Each Session takes approximetly 2.5 hours and cost 180 Euros (s.GOÄ)
